Timesheets and sign-off
Workers sign on when they arrive, sign off when they leave, and supervisors review the hours.
After a job is accepted, workers use timesheets to record time on site. Sign on when you start; sign off when you finish. Sign-off moves the timesheet to pending supervisor review so the company side can approve or reject the hours with a clear record.
This keeps attendance transparent for builders and workers alike — who was on site, when they arrived, when they left, and whether the hours were approved.
Common questions
Can I have more than one open timesheet?
No. A worker can only have one open (signed-on) timesheet at a time. Sign off the current shift before starting another.
What happens after sign-off?
The timesheet waits for supervisor review. It can be approved, or rejected with a reason so the worker knows what needs correcting.
