How it works

Posting jobs as a company

Paste a job description, let Wolf extract the requirements, then dispatch offers to matched workers.

From the company portal, builders post a job by pasting the request in plain language — for example how many labourers are needed, where, when, and which tickets or White Cards are required. Wolf extracts structured requirements for matching so you do not have to fill endless form fields up front.

Once the job has enough detail (including a site address), you can dispatch. Wolf ranks candidates and sends job offers in order. When a worker accepts, the job moves to filled. If the cascade runs out of suitable workers without an acceptance, the job is marked exhausted so you know to adjust requirements or try again.

Common questions

What should I include in a job description?

Worker type or trade, headcount, suburb or full address, start date and time, duration, White Card or PPE needs, and any tickets. The clearer the brief, the better the match.

Can I edit a job after posting?

Yes. Company users can review and update job details before and during dispatch so missing fields like address can be completed before offers go out.
