Timesheets: sign on, sign off, get hours approved

Workers record time on site with sign-on and sign-off; supervisors review pending timesheets.

Once a job is accepted, timesheets keep attendance clear. Workers sign on when they arrive and sign off when they leave. Sign-off moves the timesheet to pending supervisor review.

A company reviewer can approve the hours or reject them with a reason. Only one open (signed-on) timesheet is allowed at a time, so each shift is closed before the next one starts.

The result is a shared record of who was on site and when — useful for builders and workers alike.
