By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following terms in addition to our service terms below.

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to use this website and to submit any enquiry, request, or application.
• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all applicable Commonwealth, State, and local laws and regulations.
• You must not use this website to engage in conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to Wolf Labour Hire, its personnel, or any other person.
• You agree that information you submit through this website is accurate and provided in good faith to the best of your knowledge.

Overview

At Wolf Labour Hire, we provide reliable, ready-to-work labour across Sydney. As a small, hands-on operation, we focus on quality over volume, ensuring every worker sent to site is ready to contribute from day one.

Rates

• General Labourers: $45 per hour + GST
• Skilled Labour / Trades Support: $65 per hour + GST

Final rates may vary depending on location and duration of engagement.

Travel is included within 30km of the job site; beyond this, a $20 + GST travel charge per shift applies.

Minimum Engagement

• Minimum 4 hours per booking
• After the initial 4 hours, time is charged in hourly increments at the rates stated above

Working Hours & Overtime

• "Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (or site hours)"
• Overtime (outside standard hours) may incur adjusted rates, to be agreed in advance

Cancellations

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice may incur a minimum 4-hour charge
• We understand plans change — we aim to be reasonable and flexible where possible

Attendance & Reliability

We understand how critical reliability is on-site.

• Workers are expected to arrive on time and ready to work
• If any issues arise, we act quickly to resolve or replace where required
• As a hands-on operation, we stay close to placements to ensure quality

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing a safe working environment in line with WHS requirements
• Supplying necessary site-specific inductions and PPE (if required)
• Clear communication of scope and expectations

Payment Terms

• Invoices issued weekly
• Payment due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed
