What workers see when a job offer arrives

After a company dispatches a job, Wolf creates ranked job offers for suitable approved workers. Notifications can go out by SMS (where the worker has consented) and offers also appear in the worker portal.

From the offer screen, a worker can accept or decline. Accepting assigns them to the job. Declining or letting the window expire moves the cascade to the next ranked worker so the site still has a chance to be covered quickly.

Keeping tickets, White Card and availability up to date on your profile helps you land offers that actually fit the work.
